MAYBE... one of the top dozen or so clips with a real message and directions included. How to begin? Prof. Trujillo suggests focusing on one note/pitch - octaves are allowed. Experiment with rhythm, try coming up with a pattern and then developing ii ever so slightly. See what evolves. You don't need "Giant Steps" type chord changes to further tax your brain, in fact your brain should not be doing a lot other than enjoying the groove, BUT not thinking about it. Make sense?
